• The whole insole is made up of double absorbing layers, which can continuously absorb the pressure and impact from the ankle to the tiptoe, and thus let you walk comfortably.

Relationship between Legs and Low Back Pain

The major spinal nerves in low back are all connected with legs, so the impact generated over the legs during walking is much related with the low back. During walking movement, there are about 6000 times of impact from the foot to the knee and then to the low back. Ankle needs to bear over 120-130% of the total body weight. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention during walking with hard sole on asphalt road. Even if each time of impact is not big, after accumulating for a long period of time, it may cause heavy pressure or badly influence to the low back and knee.

How to Use 

1. If the size of insole is too large to insert, please turn over to the grey side and cut along the reference line to adjust to suitable size. 
2. Please ensure the grey side facing down while inserting insole into the shoe. 
3. Please squeeze well a wet towel and use it to clean the insole. 
   
   Avoid using this product while wearing high heels.
